Questions

What is a healthy waist-to-height ratio?

Below 0.5, which means your waist is less than half your height. Under 0.40 is marked low, so take care.

How do I measure my waist?

Put the tape between your lowest rib and your hip bone and read it after a normal breath out.

How is it different from BMI?

BMI uses weight. This ratio uses waist size, so it looks at where body fat sits.
