About us
Practical tools, built together with the people who use them.
ToolRecipe helps small and medium-sized companies get everyday work done faster, more simply and with less effort. We build practical tools for the work a team does every day, with AI where it really helps.
Two brothers
ToolRecipe was started by two brothers, Roemer and Jurian. We build it together.
We combine knowledge of technology and product development with a close understanding of how the work at our customers really gets done.
Technology is a means to us. The goal is work that runs better and takes less time.
We want to be a reliable, practical partner for the companies we work with, close to their daily work and easy to reach.
How we work
We don't think up from the outside what a company needs. We build it together with the people who do the work.
- Understand We start from a real work process and the problem in it
- Build together You tell us what would help. We build a first version
- Pilot A small group uses it in their daily work
- Feedback We hear what works and what gets in the way
- Improve We adjust it until it saves time or needless work
That is why we talk with customers often, ask for their feedback and try things out in a small pilot before a whole team works with them.
Is there a job in your company that takes too long?
Tell us about it. We look at it together and see whether we can solve it.
