PDF pages as images under a size limit

For forms and apps that want a picture, not a PDF: turn the pages into JPGs and bring each one under the limit.

The steps

  1. Turn the pages into JPG. Pick 150 or 300 dpi and save the images.
  2. Bring them under the size limit. Type the limit, for example 500 KB, and save the smaller files.

One JPG per page, under the limit.
