Clean up text copied from a PDF

Text copied out of a PDF breaks in the middle of sentences. Join the lines, tidy the spaces, and fix what keeps coming back.

The steps

  1. Join the broken lines. Paste the text or add the file. Paragraphs come back together.
  2. Tidy the spaces. Double spaces and spaces at line ends go.
