Photos for a website, fast to load

Turn photos into WebP, bring them to the width the site shows, and squeeze the files so the pages load quickly.

The steps

  1. Turn them into WebP. The same photo, a much smaller file. Save them.
  2. Set the width. For example 1600 pixels wide. Save them.
  3. Squeeze the files. Pick the quality and save the smaller files.
