Move workouts from one app to another

The old app exports TCX, the new one wants GPX: convert them all at once and give the files names you can sort.

The steps

1. Turn them into GPX. All files at once. Save them.
2. Give them tidy names. Add a prefix or numbers, and save the renamed files.
