PDF editor: Edit, sign and fill in your PDF
Open it here and finish the job. Nothing is uploaded, you don't need an account, and the saved file has no watermark.
What do you need to do?
- Sign a document. Draw your signature, type it, or use a photo of it. Put it on the line and save.
- Fill in a form. Type into the fields. If the PDF has no real fields, put text and tick marks where they belong.
- Fix a typo or a date. Click the line and type. The document's own font is used when it has the letters.
- Merge, reorder or remove pages. Drag pages into order, turn them, delete them, or add pages from another PDF.
- Black out what should stay private. The text under the bar is removed from the file, not only covered.
- Make it small enough to send. Shrink the file, or set the size an upload form allows.
What happens when you press Save
- You get your PDF. No watermark, no page limit, no paywall at the last step.
- No upload. The file is edited on this device and never sent to us.
Check it yourself
- If anything tried to reach another site, the badge at the top of this page would turn red and count it. It stays green.
- Open the editor once, then switch off your Wi-Fi. It keeps working.
What it doesn't do
- It can't make a scanned page searchable. There is no text recognition.
- It doesn't export to Word or Excel.
- It isn't a signing service. Nobody is emailed and there is no audit trail.
- It doesn't create new fillable forms.
Questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes. You can open, edit and save without paying or signing in.
- Where do my files go?
- Nowhere. This page reads them on your device. Results stay in this browser until you clear them.
- Can it open a PDF with a password?
- Yes. It asks for the password, and it can remove the password or add a new one.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. It runs in the browser you already have.
