Questions
How is ROI calculated?
Profit (returned minus invested) divided by the amount invested, shown as a percentage. 2,000 in and 2,500 out gives 25%.
Can ROI be negative?
Yes. If you get back less than you put in, the profit and the ROI are negative.
What is the yearly figure?
The compound annual growth rate over the years you enter. It makes a 3 year and a 7 year investment comparable.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. The calculation happens in your browser.
