What happens to your files

What you can do
- See every field of the form in a list, with the page number next to it.
- Type into text fields, including multi-line ones, and the preview shows your answer on the page.
- Tick boxes, choose radio buttons and pick from drop-down lists and choice lists.
- Click a field on the page to jump to its entry, or press the page button to find the field on the page.
- Tick Flatten before you save to make the answers permanent.
- Add free text, a date or a signature where the form has no field.
Good to know
- Fields that are read-only are shown but cannot be changed. Maximum lengths are respected and longer text is cut with a note.
- Text uses the built-in Helvetica. Characters it lacks become a question mark and you get a note.
- A signature field is not filled by typing: use "Sign here" to draw or upload a signature into it.
- A password-protected PDF has to be unlocked first.
