Photos to PDF
Turn a batch of photos into one PDF, one photo per page or several. Phone photos and scans go in as they are, in the order you set, and the page can match the photo exactly. Free, online, and your photos are not uploaded.
How to turn photos into a PDF
- 1Drop in your photos, or click to choose them
- 2Drag them into order and set the page size
- 3Type a file name and click "Create PDF"
- One PDF with a page for each photo, in your order.
What happens to your files
- Your photos are not uploaded. They are read and the PDF is written by your browser, on your own device.
- Quality stays up to you.JPG photos go in unchanged on "Original". "Smaller file" makes the PDF lighter.
- One per page, or more.Start with one photo per page and switch to 2, 3, 4, 6 or 9 under "Images".
What you can do
- Make a PDF from JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, BMP and SVG pictures, in the order you set by dragging or with the arrows.
- Choose "Page size": A4, A5, A3, US Letter, US Legal, or "Same as each image", where every page takes the shape of its photo with no margin.
- "Orientation" on "Automatic" turns a wide photo to a landscape page. Add a "Margin" of 5, 10 or 20 mm if you want white around the photos.
- Rotate a photo that came in sideways with the 90° button, duplicate it, remove it, or add a blank page.
- Choose "Image quality": "Original" keeps JPG photos byte for byte, "Smaller file" reduces them to at most 2000 pixels on the long side.
Good to know
- iPhone photos in HEIC are not read by most browsers. Convert them to JPG first, or share them as JPG from the phone.
- Large photos make a large PDF. For e-mail, choose "Smaller file" before you create it.
- Photos are not compressed further than you ask: PNG and other formats are re-encoded at up to 5000 pixels on the long side.
- The order follows how you added the files. If a photo lands in the wrong place, drag its card or use the arrows.
