Good to know
- Digits a to f are lower case. There is no 0x prefix.
- The output is the UTF-8 encoding of your text, so one character can give up to four bytes.

How do I convert text to hex?

What is the hex of the letter A?
"A" is 41, because 65 in decimal is 41 in hex. A space is 20.
Why does ä give two bytes?
The tool uses UTF-8, where letters beyond ASCII need two to four bytes. "ä" is c3 a4.
